    Hey all,
    Here’s the list of breads I will be making this week. Place your order by Monday around 6pm and pick up your fresh bread on Tuesday between 5 and 6:30 at my house, 19 Dunwell Ave, West Asheville 28806. You can email me with any questions as well, or go to my website

    Seeded Sourdough ~ 5.50
    A favorite of mine. Delightful and nutty due to the toasted sunflower and sesame seeds. Great for breakfast toast!

    Baguette ~ 2.50
    Good for anything, plain and simple. The french knew what they were doing when they started making this one.

    Whole Wheat Sourdough ~ 5.00
    This loaf is shaped as a boule, has a slimmer profile than some of the other varieties, and is a bit denser because of the high percentage of whole wheat (90-100) in the dough. It has a wonderful wheaty flavor excellent with hearty soups and good cheese.
